$1,000.00 Sneakers

I've written about expensive Nike's before here, but those were some signed Air Jordans. This is something entirely different and proof that Nike continues to push the envelope on keeping their brand special. Retire "Just do it"? No problem... just release limited edition sneakers that retail for $1,000 and can go for 10X that in the after-market. Let your fans do your own marketing for you.
